Creates a node with three elliptical outlines forming an ellipsoid.
Parameters
- radiusX: number = 1
  The X radius of the ellipsoid.
- radiusY: number = radiusX
  The Y radius of the ellipsoid.
- radiusZ: number = radiusX
  The Z radius of the ellipsoid.
- segments: number = 16
  The number of line segments to use to approximate the ellipses.
- Optionalcolor: Vector4Value
  The color of the outline.
- OptionallineWidth: ScalarValue
  The width of the outline.
- Optionalargs: Partial<Props<BillboardEx>>
  Extra arguments for the particle action constructor.
